Raising Royals

Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

Last updated October 2026

Internal policy — Raising Royals, a brand of FFriendzz Network Inc.

1. Purpose

This Policy sets out how Raising Royals documents customer consent, verifies delivery, and responds to payment disputes and chargebacks on Royal Club subscriptions, in order to protect legitimate transactions from being wrongly reversed.

2. Recording Explicit Consent

For every free trial signup or paid subscription, the system records an audit log containing:

— The exact timestamp the checkout checkbox described in the Subscription, Free Trial and Auto-Renewal Terms was checked;

— The user's IP address and device/user-agent information at the time of signup;

— The specific version of the Terms of Service and this Policy in effect at that timestamp.

This audit log is retained for at least 13 months from the date of signup, and for the full account lifetime plus 13 months where the subscription remains active longer.

3. Recording Proof of Access and Delivery

The system logs each instance of a member logging into their account, downloading a printable, activating a curriculum drop, or otherwise accessing Royal Club benefits, together with the associated timestamp and IP address. These logs serve as evidence that a member used the service after a trial converted or a renewal was billed.

4. Pre-Billing Notifications

Delivery confirmation for each trial-conversion or renewal reminder email described in the Subscription, Free Trial and Auto-Renewal Terms is logged and retained alongside the relevant subscription record.

5. Card Authentication and Screening

Where supported by the payment processor, Raising Royals enforces 3D Secure authentication (such as Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, or American Express SafeKey) on Royal Club transactions. Raising Royals also applies Address Verification System (AVS) and CVV checks, and screens for mismatches between the billing address country and the IP address location of the transaction, flagging significant mismatches for manual review.

6. Velocity Checks

The payment system monitors for multiple failed payment attempts or multiple rapid signups from the same IP address, device, or payment method within a short time frame, and flags or blocks such activity for review.

7. Responding to a Dispute or Chargeback

When a chargeback or payment dispute is received, Raising Royals compiles and submits an evidence package to the payment processor within the response window provided (typically 7 to 14 days), consisting of:

— Order and account details, including the customer's name, email, and IP address used at signup;

— The consent audit log described in Section 2;

— Access and delivery logs described in Section 3, showing use of Royal Club benefits after the disputed charge;

— Records of any reminder notifications sent, as described in Section 4;

— AVS/CVV and 3D Secure authentication results for the disputed transaction;

— Any customer support communications with the member.

8. Recordkeeping

All records described in this Policy are retained for at least 13 months from the relevant transaction date, or longer where required to respond to a pending dispute, regulatory inquiry, or legal proceeding.

9. Review

This Policy is reviewed periodically and updated as payment processor requirements, card network rules, and applicable law evolve.
