Raising Royals is an educational entertainment brand created for toddlers ages 2 to 4. The Site itself, however, is intended to be used by parents, guardians, and adults on behalf of children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a newsletter subscription, make a purchase, or otherwise transact on this Site. Children should only use or view Raising Royals content under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

The Site provides information about the Raising Royals brand, curriculum, and characters, Prince Percy and Princess Penny; links to our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest channels; a newsletter signup for parents and guardians; and, where available, an online store for Raising Royals merchandise.

3.1 Our Intellectual Property — The Site, including the name "Raising Royals," the tagline "Big Words for Little Empires," the character designs of Prince Percy and Princess Penny, the A-Z curriculum content, jingles, animations, illustrations, and all other content ("Company Content") are the property of FFriendzz Network Inc. and/or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License to You — We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Company Content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Company Content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

3.3 Trademarks — "Raising Royals" and associated logos and character names are trademarks of FFriendzz Network Inc. No license to use these marks is granted except as expressly stated here.

3.4 User Submissions — If you submit content to us, such as a photo of your child engaging with our content, a testimonial, or a comment, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with promoting Raising Royals, subject to our Privacy Policy and Section 7 below.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you represent that you are a parent, guardian, or adult at least 18 years of age, and you consent to receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and any information you voluntarily share about your child.

All purchases must be made by an adult using a valid payment method. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Physical products intended for children are designed and tested to comply with applicable product safety standards for the markets in which they are sold. Our Shipping and Returns Policy, linked at checkout, governs order fulfillment, returns, and refunds. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card information.

Any sponsored content, paid partnerships, or affiliate links appearing on the Site or our associated social channels will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines and applicable children's advertising standards. We do not knowingly direct advertising calls-to-action at children under 13 that pressure them to make purchase requests.

If you submit a photo, video, or testimonial involving your own child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or have express permission from the parent or guardian to submit such content, and that you consent to the use of that content as described in Section 3.4 and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to decline or remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

The Site links to third-party platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and may link to other third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Raising Royals content is for educational entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for professional educational, financial, or child-development advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFriendzz Network Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FFriendzz Network Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FFriendzz Network Inc., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts or forum having proper jurisdiction over the Company.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
