DMCA Copyright Policy

Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent: Legal and Compliance Department, FFriendzz Network Inc., copyright@raisingroyalskids.com. Notices sent to any other address or contact at the Company may not be processed as a valid DMCA notice.

A notice must include: a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it, such as a specific URL; information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you; a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will review it for completeness, remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously, notify the user who posted the material where identifiable, and document the notice and our response. We reserve the right to remove content that we believe, in our sole discretion, may infringe another's copyright, even absent a formal DMCA notice.

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information along with consent to jurisdiction of the applicable Federal District Court.

In appropriate circumstances, and as required to maintain DMCA safe-harbor eligibility, we will terminate, in our sole discretion, the accounts or access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

All content on the Site not otherwise attributed, including the "Raising Royals" name, the tagline "Big Words for Little Empires," the character designs of Prince Percy and Princess Penny, the A-Z curriculum, jingles, scripts, and animation, is the property of FFriendzz Network Inc. and/or its licensors, protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.
