Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

Raising Royals ("Raising Royals," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by FFriendzz Network Inc. ("Company"), the parent entity of the Raising Royals brand and associated properties, including www.raisingroyalskids.com (the "Site") and our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest channels (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you, including the special protections that apply because our content is directed to young children.

Raising Royals is an educational entertainment brand designed for toddlers ages 2 to 4. The Site and Services are not intended for children to use unsupervised, and any account creation, newsletter signup, or communication with us must be done by a parent or legal guardian. This policy is written primarily for parents and guardians.

1. Who We Are

FFriendzz Network Inc. is the data controller and operator responsible for the Site and the Raising Royals brand. For any privacy question, request, or concern, contact us at privacy@raisingroyalskids.com. For general inquiries, contact support@raisingroyalskids.com.

2. Scope

This Policy covers www.raisingroyalskids.com and any subdomains, our newsletter and email signup service, and any comments, submissions, or interactions on our owned Site.

This Policy does not govern third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest. Those platforms maintain their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information Collected Directly From Parents and Guardians — Through our newsletter and email signup, we may collect a parent or guardian's name (if provided) and email address, and a child's first name and/or age range, optional, and only if voluntarily provided by the parent for content personalization. Never required to subscribe. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Our signup form is designed to be completed by an adult, and children are not asked to enter their own information.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically — Like most websites, we (and service providers acting on our behalf) may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. We limit automated collection to what is necessary for site security, performance, and non-personalized analytics. We do not use this data for behavioral advertising directed at children, and we do not knowingly serve personalized or interest-based ads on pages directed to children.

3.3 Cookies — Our use of cookies is described in full in our separate Cookie Policy. In short, we use only essential and non-personalized analytics cookies on pages directed to children.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Raising Royals is a child-directed service for purposes of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and its 2025 amendments. Accordingly: we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent; if a child under 13 submits personal information to us directly, we will delete it promptly upon discovery, and will not use or disclose it beyond what is necessary to respond and then delete it; where a parent or guardian voluntarily provides a child's name or age for content personalization, that information is used solely for that stated purpose; we do not condition a child's participation in any activity on disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary; and we do not share children's personal information with third parties for their own independent use, except integral service providers necessary to operate the Service, or non-integral third parties where we have obtained separate, specific parental consent for that disclosure.

4.1 Categories of Third Parties We Share Data With — Consistent with the 2025 COPPA Rule's requirement to disclose the categories of third parties that receive personal information, and the purpose of each disclosure: an email delivery service provider (used to send newsletter and subscriber communications, integral to the Service), a website hosting provider (used to operate and secure the Site, integral to the Service), a web analytics provider providing non-personalized and aggregate reporting only (used to understand aggregate site traffic and performance, integral to the Service), and advertising or ad-technology networks (not used in connection with child-directed pages, not applicable). Each integral service provider is contractually bound to use personal information solely to provide services to us and to maintain its confidentiality and security. We do not sell children's personal information, and we do not disclose it to any non-integral third party without separate, specific parental consent.

4.2 Data Retention — We retain personal information collected through the newsletter signup only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, namely, for as long as the parent or guardian remains subscribed. Upon unsubscribing or a verified deletion request, we delete the associated personal information within a commercially reasonable period. We do not retain children's information for any secondary purpose.

4.3 Parental Rights — Parents and guardians may at any time review the personal information we have collected in connection with their child, request deletion of their own or their child's personal information, refuse to permit further collection or use of the information, and revoke previously given consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@raisingroyalskids.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify you are the parent or guardian before fulfilling the request.

4.4 International Children's Privacy — United Kingdom: we design child-directed pages with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code) in mind, including data minimization, no profiling for advertising, and privacy settings that default to high privacy for any user likely to be a child. European Union: where GDPR applies, processing of a child's personal data relies on parental or guardian consent consistent with Article 8 and applicable member-state age thresholds. Nigeria: where applicable, we process personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, including guardian consent requirements for data relating to minors.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to send the newsletter and related updates a parent has signed up for; to personalize content recommendations, only where a parent has voluntarily shared a child's age range; to maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use children's data for behavioral advertising, profiling, or resale.

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our content also appears on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Those platforms maintain their own privacy policies and compliance settings, including YouTube's Made for Kids designation. This Policy does not cover data practices on those platforms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will post any material changes to this Policy on this page. For material changes affecting how we handle children's information, we will additionally notify subscribed parents and guardians by email before the change takes effect, where required by law.
